Health Yes!

This project is an extensive interior renovation of the corporate and sales offices of HealthYes! The existing 8,600sf industrial/retail space consisted of numerous small rooms, narrow corridors, and incorporated a 2,000sf lower area. This level change provided a challenge, but also an opportunity for a unique design solution. The HealthYes program was broken up into four groupings; Sales, Corporate office, Technical, and Garage/Maintenance/Storage. The sequence of these spaces is designed for the experiences of a potential client or investor and act as a marketing tool during the sales presentation. The first space, the sales and display area, is made up of a reception area, an equipment mock-up room and a conference room. These areas are kept open and interactive while using interior glazing and ceiling designs to help define the spaces. Clients pass through the corporate offices to the Technical area in the lower level. An upper landing overlooks this space and provides the potential client with a overview of the workings of the company. High-tech, open work stations display the collaborative nature of the company while the high ceilings and minimal finishes allude to the original industrial use of the space. The van display is the last in the sequence of experiential spaces and acts as the closing deal for the design solution and the client's sales pitch.
